| Jonny in the Morning Get Personal So you want the low down on my little Jonny?? Well, in case you are just randomly out there surfing the web, with no conception of where you are, I'll help you out..... Jonathan Rhys Meyers is an Irish born male who became an actor after being discovered at a young age in an Irish pool hall. He is rather obscure in that he is not one of the cookie cutter hunks (a la Freddie Prinze Jr. or (blah) Cason Daly). For one, he is talented.....quite talented. Two, he is unique, in many ways.....Disagree??? I challenge then to watch Velvet Goldmine. Moving on, Jonny also is dabbling in the musical arts, as it is rumored that he loves belting out traditional Irish tunes (watch out, Van Morrison). Want to swath your ears in him melodious musings, but can't make your way to the green isle?? Well, check out "Baby's on Fire" and "Tumbling Down" on the Velvet Goldmine soundtrack.......for each of these he lends his silky cords (vocal, that is). Jonny has been a wide variety of movies.....suggesting his adaptive acting talents. The plots range from American Civil war to London's GLAM era to the Irish/English country side to Sci Fi to modern day. It is easy to see that he is a star, a star of the highest, sparkliest order. Contrary to SOME belief (more precisely some other MALE belief) Jonny is NOT known to be a flaming homosexual. On the contrary, he is a Flaming Heterosexual....or so it has appeared. He is quoted as being in "love" twice in his life, once with his "current" (as of August 2000) girlfriend, Cha Cha (biting your lip stops the laughter) and Toni Colette of Six Sense and Velvet Goldmine fame......oh, and Muriel's Wedding, we all know what a LARGE movie that was. Oh, but of course, I am not bitter, I am more than sure that these women are wonderful and loving people. However, if they ever happen to cross my path, I am not responsible for my actions. But I digress.........Another tidbit that is slightly essential in understanding the genetic masterpiece that is Jonathan: he is incapable of taking a bad picture......its a natural impossibility. Well, with all this, I hope you are a little more aware of his Creamy Highness........And if nothing else now carry my eternal mantra: Jonny Is Perfection. |
